Endlich wieder gutes BockbierFinally a good bock beer

Kürzlich war ja Bockbieranstich im Schlenkerla und da ich leider nicht dabei war, muss ich eben den Bock nach Hause holen. Mann,  freute ich mich, als Göga gestern zwei Kästen dieses Edelstoffes von Alex mit nach Hause brachte 😀 Alex, auch dir noch mal vielen, lieben Dank dafür!

Not long ago „Bockbieranstich“ took place at Schlenkerla and due to the fact I wasn’t there I had to bring the bock beer to me at home. Man, I was so lucky when Doris brought two boxes of this noble beer from Alex 😀 Alex, thank you very much for this!

Heute wird weder gekocht noch gegrillt noch irgendwas mit dem Wok angestellt. Wir gehen heute in unsere Lieblings Wirtschaft nach Herrnsdorf zum Barnikel und werden dort einen Karpfen verschlingen und ihn in ein wenig Bier schwimmen lassen 🙂Today I won’t cook nor I do BBQ or anything with the wok. This eve we go to our favourite pub in Herrnsdorf to Barnikel and we will swallow up there a carp and let it swim in some beer 🙂

Well, time flies. Just wo Egypt for two weeks and vacation is over. But I don’t want to moan; I have still a week of holidays.

Some delicious things to be posted very soon.Jaja, so schnell geht es. Kaum ist man zwei Wochen in Ägypten, ist der Urlaub auch schon wieder vorbei. Aber ich will nicht jammern; ich hab ja noch eine Woche frei.

Demnächst werde ich wieder ein paar Leckereien posten.

Einfach Flank SteakJust Flank Steak

Weil es so lecker ist, gab es heute mal wieder ein Flank Steak von der Metzgerei Diller, also vom MmV. Gerubbed wurde das Fleisch zwei Stunden vorher nur mit Tom Douglas Smokey Berbecue Rub. Dazu gab es Nudelsalat mit Rucola und Tomaten.

Because it’s so tasty today it was flank steak from my butcher (Metzgerei Diller) again. The meat was rubbed with Tom Douglas Smokey Berbecue Rub two hours before. As side we had noodle salad with rocket and tomatoes.

Dieser Grill – ein klasse Selbstbau – wurde einem Grillfreund aus Franken (Raum Nürnberg) geklaut.

Wer ihn auf Auktionsplattformen entdeckt oder sonst etwas zum Verbleib des Gerätes weißt oder sieht, möchte dies hier bitte als Kommentar schreiben – ich leite die Info dann sofort weiter.This grill – an amazing self construction – was stolen from a BBQ-friend from Fankonia (Nuremberg).

Da ich kürzlich festgestellt habe, dass doch rel. viele Besucher aus den USA auf meiner Seite sind, habe ich mich mal dazu entschlossen, zukünftig alle Artikel zweisprachig (DE und EN) zur Verfügung zu stellen.
