Die kalte Jahreszeit kommt so langsam aber sicher und deshalb dachte ich, es wird Zeit, mal wieder eine selber gemachte Brühe zu essen. Wenn man das etwas nobler ausdrücken will, nennt man es Consommé oder, wenn man es noch mehr reduziert und etwas mehr Knochen nimmt, eben Consommé double.
